肾泰牌康片为补肾健脾新药。其作用有:(1)使氢化可的松造成的“阳虚症”小鼠减轻的体重、下降的体温,恢复到正常水平,游泳时间明显延长;(2)使去势大鼠包皮腺、精囊+前列腺及提肛肌重量明显高于去势模型组;(3)使正常大鼠血清睾丸酮含量明显升高(NS0.87±0.19ng/ml升为1.38~2.16ng/ml);(4)使雄性大鼠的交配捕捉潜伏期缩短,捕捉次数明显增加;(5)抑制小鼠小肠推进性运动(由88.4±4.3%降为71.1±9.0-75.5±5.0%);(6)使牌虚小鼠耐常压缺氧时间、低温游泳时间、耐高温(45℃)时间、耐寒时间(-5℃)明显延长,脾虚小鼠的脾脏和胸腺等免疫器官重量增加(中剂量优佳),并可使脾虚大鼠尿木糖排泄率和血清水糖高于单纯脾虚模型组;(7)使正常小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数明显提高;(8)使小鼠血清溶血素(HC50)显著升高;(9)使小鼠血清IgG、IgM升高;(10)显著增加小鼠脾淋巴细胞(ConA与PHA为分裂源)的增值反应(MTY法):(11)增加大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(化学发光法);(12)提高大鼠血液中性粒细胞的吞噬葡萄球菌的功能。因篇幅所限,本文将实验材料及过程简略,主要以表格形式表述结果。
Shen Tai Pai Kang Tablets is a new drug for kidney and spleen.
