肾泰牌康片为补肾健脾新药。其作用有：（1）使氢化可的松造成的“阳虚症”小鼠减轻的体重、下降的体温，恢复到正常水平，游泳时间明显延长；（2）使去势大鼠包皮腺、精囊＋前列腺及提肛肌重量明显高于去势模型组；（3）使正常大鼠血清睾丸酮含量明显升高（NS0.87±0．19ng／ml升为1．38～2．16ng／ml）；（4）使雄性大鼠的交配捕捉潜伏期缩短，捕捉次数明显增加；（5）抑制小鼠小肠推进性运动（由88．4±4．3％降为71．1±9．0－75．5±5．0％）；（6）使牌虚小鼠耐常压缺氧时间、低温游泳时间、耐高温（45℃）时间、耐寒时间（－5℃）明显延长，脾虚小鼠的脾脏和胸腺等免疫器官重量增加（中剂量优佳），并可使脾虚大鼠尿木糖排泄率和血清水糖高于单纯脾虚模型组；（7）使正常小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数明显提高；（8）使小鼠血清溶血素（HC50）显著升高；（9）使小鼠血清IgG、IgM升高；（10）显著增加小鼠脾淋巴细胞（ConA与PHA为分裂源）的增值反应（MTY法）：（11）增加大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能（化学发光法）；（12）提高大鼠血液中性粒细胞的吞噬葡萄球菌的功能。因篇幅所限，本文将实验材料及过程简略，主要以表格形式表述结果。
