中华人民共和国海关总署令第149号《中华人民共和国海关特别优惠关税待遇进口货物原产地管理办法》已于2006年5月30日经海关总署署务会审议通过,现予公布,自2006年7月1日起施行。2004年12月30日海关总署令第123号公布的《中华人民共和国海关关于执行〈中华人民共和国给予非洲最不发达国家特别优惠关税待遇的货物原产地规则〉的规定》同时废止。署长牟新生二○○六年五月三十一日(稿件来源:海关总署提供)
The People’s Republic of China General Administration of Customs Order No. 149 “The People’s Republic of China Customs Special Preference Customs Treatment of Imported Goods Country of Origin Management” was approved by the General Administration of Customs on May 30, 2006 for approval, is now published since 2006 July 1, the year shall come into force. The “Customs of the People’s Republic of China on Provisions of the People’s Republic of China on the Implementation of the Rules of Origin of Goods Subject to Special Preferential Tariffs for the Least Developed Countries in Africa” issued by the General Administration of Customs Order No. 123 on December 30, 2004 shall be repealed at the same time.
