黄某在1996年3月与某房地产开发公司签订了一份商品房购销合同,购买鸿运花园小区商品房一套。黄某按约预付了部分购房款。该房地产开发公司承诺在年底交付商品房。但是直到1997年10月10日该房地产开发公司才将房屋交付。黄某入住后,发现诸多问题,煤气系统推迟到1998年7月1日才供应,房屋处处出现漏水现象。小区的绿化、环境、停车、物生管理等配套设置与该房地产开发公司售房时的广告有许多不同。
Hwang in March 1996 with a real estate development company signed a purchase and sale of commercial housing contracts to buy Fortune Garden District, a commercial housing. Hwang paid about part of the pre-paid purchase price. The real estate development company promised to deliver commercial housing by the end of the year. However, the real estate development company did not deliver the house until October 10, 1997. After Hwang moved in and found many problems, the gas system was delayed until July 1, 1998, and water leakage was everywhere in the house. Community afforestation, environment, parking, life management and other ancillary settings and the real estate development company sold many different ads.
