让孩子成为活动的主人,既是我们小主人幼儿园开展童话剧活动追求的目标,也是一直摆在我们老师面前的难题。我们的童话剧并不以表演给别人看为目的,而是让孩子在表演角色,创作舞台剧务的活动中获得满足和快乐,体验成功和创造。作为一名教师,我们要让孩子真正成为活动的主人,成为主导童话剧活动发展的根本因素,要实现这样的目标就必须达成以下两个子目标:让童话剧活动从老师的事情变成孩子自己的事情;让童话剧活动从几个孩子的事情变成所有孩子的事情。
Letting children be the masters of the activities is not only the goal of the fairytale activities of our little master kindergarten, but also the challenge that has always been confronting our teachers. Our fairy tales do not aim at performing for others. Instead, they let their children be satisfied and happy in the process of performing roles and creating stage plays, and experience and create success. As a teacher, we must make the children truly masters of the activities and become the fundamental factor that dominates the development of the fairy tales. To achieve such goals, we must achieve the following two sub-goals: to make the activities of the fairy tales from teachers to children themselves Things; things that make it a fairy tale move from a few children to all children.
