平衡膳食和合理营养是关系到促进全民素质和健康水平提高的一件大事,也与社会经济发展息息相关。在最近颁布的《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》中明确提出了促进合理营养的战略任务。在调查研究的基础上,中国营养学会经过反复论证和征求社会各界意见后,近期重新修订并向社会公布了新时期的《中国居民膳食指南》,这是贯彻落实上述决定的重要举措,具有重要意义。
Balanced diet and reasonable nutrition are related to the promotion of the quality of the entire population and the health level is an important event, but also with the socio-economic development are closely related. In the recently promulgated Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Health Reform and Development, the strategic task of promoting proper nutrition has been clearly put forward. On the basis of investigation and research, after repeated argumentation and soliciting opinions from all walks of life, the Chinese Nutrition Society recently revised and released the “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents in the New Era” to the public, which is an important measure for implementing the above decision and is of great importance significance.
