管理文秘课以秘书实务为核心,课程考核以考查学生在模拟实训中的态度和能力表现为主。态度方面主要考查学生参加实训的积极性和认真程度,能力表现主要考查学生在事务办理、会议办理、文书办理、办公现代化设备操作等方面的能力。采用实训过程考核,分若干模块进行,教师考核与学生评议相结合。考核内容宜宽并尽量与秘书职业要求相匹配,合理设计评价体系,营造良好的评价氛围,注重考查学生的综合素质。
