近两年,由于防保体制改革的发展,乡镇防保组织不断加强,新建防保所(站)越来越多,因之防保经济也逐步发展起来。但由于防保所本身是个新生事物,其经济管理也处于摸索阶段,其管理机制与监控手段不健全不完善也是难免的。本文试根据本县防保所经济运行情况及存在问题,对如何建立健全防保所经济管理监控机制问题进行一些探讨。一、现状宝应县位于苏北平原,人口近90万,在江苏省尚属贫困地区。全县30个乡镇、427个村,有乡镇卫生院30个,村卫生室429个。自1988年底至今已建乡镇防保所16
