该文采用实验对照研究的方式,探索“翻转课堂”在中职护理“3+2”班级遴选操作考核项目的教学效果。比较分析“翻转课堂”与传统教学在遴选操作考核项目中的教学结果差异,得出实验组学生评价、教师评价及临床教师评价均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组在遴选考核成绩与对照组无明显差异的结论。说明“翻转课堂”教学模式应用于遴选操作考核项目中,能提高学生学习的主动性及临床实习能力,得到学生认同,但并没有提高学生遴选考核的成绩。
This paper uses the experimental control study to explore the teaching effect of “Flip Classroom” in the mid-vocational nursing “3 + 2 ” class selection operation assessment project. Comparative analysis of the teaching results between the “flip classroom” and the traditional teaching in the selection of performance appraisal items shows that the experimental group student evaluation, teacher evaluation and clinical teacher evaluation are higher than the control group (P <0.05), the experimental group in the selection Examination results and the control group no significant difference conclusion.
