马铃薯是我国的一种重要的粮食与蔬菜作物,生理休眠期达2~3个月,收获后进行一些处理是提高贮藏效果、保证马铃薯周年供应、调节市场盈缺的有效手段,其收获后的处理技术及贮藏方法如下。(1)收获后的处理技术晾晒:薯块在收获后,可放在田间就地稍加晾晒,让其散发部分水分,一般晾晒3~4h,晾晒时间过长,会造成薯块失水萎蔫,对贮藏不利。预贮:夏季收获的马铃薯正值高温季节,收获后应将薯块堆放到10~15℃的阴凉通风室内、窖内或阴棚下预贮15~20天,使块茎表面水分蒸发,伤口愈合,薯皮木栓化。注意堆高不超过0.5m,宽
