采用修正的Cam-Clay模型,在ABAQUS软件中实现了对选择性激光烧结零件冷等静压过程的有限元模拟。通过冷等静压实验获得了材料的硬化曲线。并将实验结果与模拟结果进行比较,两者符合得较好,说明所用的模型适用于不锈钢粉末的冷等静压过程。通过正交实验对模型参数的敏感性进行分析,结果表明硬化规律是影响实验结果的最重要因素。通过模拟可以为产品的尺寸和形状设计提供有益的指导,并且可推广到更复杂零件的模拟。
The modified Cam-Clay model is used to simulate the cold isostatic pressing process of selective laser sintered parts in ABAQUS software. The hardening curve of the material was obtained by cold isostatic pressing test. And the experimental results and simulation results are compared, the two are in good agreement, indicating that the model used for cold isostatic pressing stainless steel powder process. The orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the sensitivity of the model parameters. The results show that the hardening law is the most important factor affecting the experimental results. Simulation can provide useful guidance on the size and shape design of a product and can be generalized to the simulation of more complex parts.
