缺血性心脏病(ischemic heart disease,IHD)是由于冠脉循环改变引起冠脉血流和心肌需求之间不平衡而导致的心肌损害,其中最常见的原因是冠心病。IHD是严重危害人民健康的多发病和常见病,是慢性心力衰竭的主要原因。
Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is a myocardial damage caused by an imbalance between coronary blood flow and myocardial demand due to changes in coronary circulation. The most common cause is coronary heart disease. IHD is a frequently-occurring disease and a common disease that seriously endangers people’s health and is the main cause of chronic heart failure.
