以高硫代葡萄糖甙(硫甙)含量的甘蓝型油菜品种(系)华油8号和YG81-32及低硫含量品种Altez为亲本,配制了两个杂交组合。对这两个组合的F_1、F_2和回交四代硫甙含量的分离进行了研究。结果表明,硫甙含量受到母体基因型控制,同一世代正反交之间硫甙的平均含量均无显著差异,即细胞质对硫甙含量没有显著影响。高硫甙含量对低含量表现为部分显性。分离世代呈连续分布而无明显的多峰现象。对F_2世代和回交世代综合分析的结果表明,硫甙总量的遗传受三个位点主效基因的控制。
Two crosses were made with high glucosinolate (glucosinolate) content of Brassica napus cultivars (lines) Huayou 8 and YG81-32 and low sulfur content Altez as parents. The separation of F_1, F_2 and backcross tetrapeptide in these two combinations was studied. The results showed that the content of glucosinolate was controlled by maternal genotype. There was no significant difference in the average content of glucosinolate between the two generations in the same generation, that is, the cytoplasm had no significant effect on glucosinolate content. High glucosinolate content of the low content of performance for the partial dominant. Separated generations were continuously distributed without obvious multi-peak phenomenon. The results of a comprehensive analysis of generations F_2 and backcross showed that the total amount of glucosinolates was controlled by the major gene at three loci.
