国外征收环境税已经有30多年历史,环境税为这些国家的环保事业的发展做出巨大贡献。为实现我国未来10年的节能减排目标,我国有必要征收环境税,建立自己的绿色税制,为经济的可持续发展发挥重大作用。
Environmental taxes have been levied abroad for more than 30 years and environmental tax has made a tremendous contribution to the development of environmental protection in these countries. In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in the coming 10 years in our country, it is necessary for our country to impose environmental taxes and establish its own green tax system, which plays a significant role in the sustainable economic development.
