应用Fluent软件对熔炼炉中精炼过程进行了模拟,模拟结果表明氮气口的位置变化对熔炼炉中氮气的分布影响很大。通过增加进气口可以改善型腔中铝液流动,使熔炼炉中氮气的分布更为均匀。氮气与铝熔体的接触面积得到了有效的增大,降低了铝液中氧化物颗粒数,使得铝箔产品品质提高。氮气流的搅拌作用促进了铝液成分和温度均匀,节约了熔炼所消耗的能量。
The Fluent software was used to simulate the refining process in the smelting furnace. The simulation results showed that the change of the position of the nitrogen inlet had a great influence on the distribution of nitrogen in the smelting furnace. By increasing the gas inlet can improve the aluminum flow in the cavity, the distribution of nitrogen in the furnace more evenly. The contact area between nitrogen and aluminum melt is effectively increased, the number of oxide particles in the aluminum liquid is reduced, and the quality of the aluminum foil product is improved. Nitrogen flow stirring to promote the liquid aluminum composition and temperature uniformity, saving the melting energy consumed.
