本文通过对５０例初诊非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者行眼底荧光血管造影检查，显示初诊糖尿病患者视网膜病变患病率明显高于常规检眼镜检查。并发现糖尿病视网膜病变患病率与糖基化血红蛋白浓度、血液粘滞度呈正相关，与高血压、周围神经病变呈正相关。
In this paper, 50 cases of newly diagnosed non-insulin-dependent diabetic patients underwent fundus fluorescein angiography showed that the prevalence of retinopathy in newly diagnosed diabetic patients was significantly higher than the conventional ophthalmoscopy. And found that the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy and glycosylated hemoglobin concentration, blood viscosity was positively correlated with hypertension and peripheral neuropathy was positively correlated.
