中药炮制的方法很多,但作者认为,概况说来,可分为对药材进行加热处理、加水处理、加辅料处理和去除其某一部分等几种。本文仅从现代科学的观点就中药炮制中加热、加水、加辅料处理对中药质量的影响进行了初步讨论,说明药材经不同的加工炮制后,其理化性质和药理作用发生了不同程度的变化,从而达到了临床用药安全有效之目的。
There are many methods for concocting traditional Chinese medicines, but the authors believe that, in general, they can be divided into several kinds such as heat treatment of medicinal materials, adding water treatment, adding supplementary materials, and removing certain parts. This article only discusses the effects of heating, water addition and additive treatment on the quality of traditional Chinese medicines from the point of view of modern science. It shows that the physical and chemical properties and pharmacological effects of herbs have been changed to different degrees after different processing.
