①目的探讨电刺激诱发的大鼠中央杏仁核(CeA)多巴胺(DA)释放量与性别的关系。②方法用快速周期伏安测定法,测定了电刺激腹侧背盖区(VTA)引起的不同性别动物CeA的DA释放量。③结果雌鼠和雄鼠CeA的DA释放量均具有刺激强度、刺激脉冲和刺激频率依赖关系;在相同刺激条件下,雌性大鼠DA释放量明显高于雄性。④结论大鼠CeA的DA释放量与电刺激参数有量效关系,而且部分受雌激素的控制。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the amount of dopamine (DA) released by electrical stimulation of rat central amygdala (CeA) and sex. Methods Rapid cyclic voltammetry was used to determine the DA release of CeA induced by electrical stimulation of ventral tegmental area (VTA) in different sexes. Results The DA release of CeA in female and male rats both had the same stimulation intensity, stimulation pulse and stimulation frequency. Under the same stimulation, DA release in female rats was significantly higher than that in male rats. ④ Conclusion There is a dose-effect relationship between DA release and electrical stimulation parameters of CeA in rats, and it is partly controlled by estrogen.
