中国铸造协会根据《铸造行业“十二五”发展规划》的要求,从战略高度认识教育培训的意义,培育总结出9种培训模式:技术研讨培训班、学位+证书人才培养、技能培训、企校合作、地方协会与院校合作、企业内部、区域性技能竞赛产学对接、工学结合等,实现了对整个铸造过程全方位、全流程的认识,培养的学生操作能力强,实现了教产合作、校企一体和工学结合。今后还要探索教育培训工作的新模式,加强在技工基本技能、绿色铸造、节能减排等关于企业发展方向上的培训。
According to the requirements of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” of “Foundry Industry”, China Foundry Association recognizes the significance of education and training from a strategic perspective and fosters nine training modes: technical seminars, degree + diploma training and skills training , Cooperation between enterprises and colleges, local associations and institutions, internal and regional competitions and competitions between industry and academia, and so on, so as to realize the all-round understanding of the entire foundry process and the whole process, and cultivate students' ability to operate and realize Teaching cooperation, school-enterprise integration and engineering. In the future, we must also explore new modes of education and training so as to enhance training in the direction of enterprise development such as the basic skills of mechanics, green founding, and energy conservation and emission reduction.
