提出了一种矿用单轨吊新型紧急制动装置。该制动装置包含两级制动,制动时先通过一级制动将单轨吊行走轮抬离轨道表面,使行走轮的滚动摩擦变为制动块的滑动摩擦,借助单轨吊的自重产生滑动摩擦力;然后利用二级制动卡紧轨道的上下表面,加大制动力。通过两级制动,解决了制动块的磨损对制动力影响过大的问题,而且能够使单轨吊在不同的轨道坡度紧急制动时满足《煤矿安全规程》制动力、制动减速度和制动距离的要求,保障了矿用单轨吊制动装置性能的可靠性。
A new monorail crane emergency braking device is proposed. The braking device comprises two stages of braking. When braking, the monorail is lifted off the track surface by a first-stage braking so that the rolling friction of the traveling wheel becomes the sliding friction of the brake block, which is generated by the deadweight of the monorail. Sliding friction; and then use the two brake clamping track on the upper and lower surface, increase the braking force. Through the two-stage braking, the problem that the wear of the brake pad has an excessive influence on the braking force is solved, and the braking force, the braking deceleration and the deceleration of the coal mine safety regulations and Braking distance requirements to protect the reliability of mine monorail crane brake performance.
