随着我国高职教育改革的逐步深入,人才培养质量的提高已成为高职教育的重点。系统培养各行业技能型人才,使之成为服务地方经济、创新发展,提升行业竞争力的需要,这就对高职教师的实践能力有了新的要求。高职教师的实践能力主要体现在具有较强的专业技术水平和良好的创新实践能力,而与时俱进的实践能力离不开企业的参与,加强校企合作将成为高职教师实践能力提高的有效途径。本文从国外职业教育师资队伍建设中获得启示,以校企合作为重点,整合政府、学校、教师三方力量,推动产教融合,深度构建产教融合和校企合作机制,着力解决高职教师实践能力快步提升问题。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of higher vocational education in our country, the improvement of the quality of personnel training has become the focus of higher vocational education.
