目的:探讨中药新配伍在治疗肥胖时对靶器官的作用机制,从而进行中医方剂协同作用的理论分析,探寻一种新的中医方剂组方切入点。方法:将中药葛根提取物葛根素和酵母提取物葡萄糖耐量因子(GTF)在分子水平配伍后,分别与单一的葛根素、单一的GTF以及阳性对照药进行瘦素受体(OB-R)基因表达的测试。结果:第4周时,葛根素+GTF组瘦素受体基因表达增高,与肥胖模型组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:两者配伍使用后可明显提高OB-R基因表达,为此配伍治疗肥胖提供科学依据。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of the new compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity on target organs, so as to conduct a theoretical analysis of the synergistic effects of traditional Chinese medicine formulas, and explore a new entry point for TCM prescriptions. METHODS: The pueraria root extract and the yeast extract GTF were combined at the molecular level, and then the leptin receptor (OB-R) gene was treated with a single puerarin, a single GTF, and a positive control drug respectively. Expression test. RESULTS: At the 4th week, the expression of leptin receptor gene in puerarin + GTF group increased, which was significantly different from that in the obese model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of the two can significantly increase the expression of OB-R gene and provide scientific basis for the treatment of obesity.
