研究了偶氮胂Ⅲ (ArsenazoⅢ )作萃取剂和显色剂 ,在聚乙二醇 (PEG) - (NH4) 2 SO4-ArsenazoⅢ体系中的非有机溶剂萃取光度法测定锆。将络合物从 0 2 5mol/LHCl水溶液中萃取到PEG相 ,其最大吸收波长位于660nm ,ε =1 90× 1 0 4 和 1 70× 1 0 4 。Zr 的线性范围为 0~ 3 0 μg/mL和 3 0~ 5 0 μg/mL ,锆与ArsenazoⅢ的配位比为 1∶2。方法用于镁锌合金及铝合金中锆的测定 ,获得满意结果。
Arsenazo Ⅲ (Arsenazo Ⅲ) was used as extractant and chromogenic reagent to determine zirconium by non - organic solvent extraction in polyethylene glycol (PEG) - (NH4) 2 SO4 - Arsenazo Ⅲ system. The complex was extracted into the PEG phase from 0 2 5mol / LHCl aqueous solution. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 660nm, ε = 1 90 × 10 4 and 1 70 × 10 4. The linear range of Zr is 0 ~ 30 μg / mL and 30 ~ 50 μg / mL. The coordination ratio of zirconium to Arsenazo Ⅲ is 1: 2. The method was applied to the determination of zirconium in magnesium-zinc alloy and aluminum alloy, and satisfactory results were obtained.
