目的:优选扶本增脉颗粒剂中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,以包合率、回收率为指标,考察挥发油与β-环糊精配比、包合温度、包合时间等因素的影响。并用薄层色谱及溶解度测定对包合前后的挥发油进行分析。结果:最佳工艺条件是挥发油与β-环糊精配比1:9,包合温度60℃,包合时间2h。结论:该工艺简便合理可行;包合工艺能够起到稳定挥发性成分、增加溶解度的作用。
Objective: To optimize the inclusion process of volatile oil in Fubenzaomai granules by β-cyclodextrin. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the effects of the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin, inclusion temperature and inclusion time on the indexes of inclusion rate and recovery rate. The volatile oil before and after inclusion was analyzed by TLC and solubility determination. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1: 9, the inclusion temperature was 60 ℃ and the inclusion time was 2h. Conclusion: The process is simple and reasonable and feasible. The inclusion process can stabilize the volatile components and increase the solubility.
