运用模型对无缝钢管壁厚偏心率的形成及构成进行分析;阐述了一种降低偏心率误差的方法——穿孔时偏心高频率旋转技术,并将该方法用于监测生产过程。分析认为:无缝钢管的偏心率由来自管坯方面的偏心率和来自穿孔顶头的偏心率构成;穿孔时采用偏心高频率旋转技术,降低了偏心率的产生振幅,使轧件沿周向产生金属流动,从而达到减小偏心率的目的。
The formation and composition of eccentricity of seamless steel pipe wall thickness are analyzed by using the model.
