以1,5-二氯蒽醌与乙二醇为原料,在KOH作用下,反应制得黄色可聚合染料单体(或称为染料中间体)1,5-二(羟乙氧乙氧基)蒽醌。采用正交实验,对物料质量比、反应温度和反应时间进行了考察。结果表明,最佳反应条件:m(1,5-二氯蒽醌)∶m(乙二醇)=1∶16,反应温度120℃,反应时间10 h,目标产物的质量分数88.2%。用乙醇重结晶,产率71.9%,w〔1,5-二(羟乙氧乙氧基)蒽醌〕=98.3%,熔点119.6~121.1℃。用液相-质谱、核磁共振波谱、红外光谱及紫外-可见光谱对所得目标产物进行了表征。
