目的 探讨SARS低氧血症与肝转氨酶的关系。方法 对 96例SARS住院患者测定动脉血氧分压及肝转氨酶。结果 4 6例SARS低氧血症患者中肝转氨酶升高 2 6例 (5 6 .5 2 % ) ,严重低氧血症患者并发肝转氨酶异常高于轻度低氧血症患者 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 SARS低氧血症与肝转氨酶关系密切 ,在治疗低氧血症的同时 ,应注意保肝支持治疗
Objective To investigate the relationship between hypoxemia and hepatic transaminase in SARS. Methods The arterial partial pressure of oxygen and hepatic transaminase were measured in 96 SARS inpatients. Results Twenty-six patients (56.52%) had elevated AST in 46 patients with SARS hypoxemia. The abnormality of hepatic transaminase in patients with severe hypoxemia was higher than that in mild hypoxemia Differences (P <0. 05). Conclusion SARS hypoxemia is closely related to hepatic transaminase. In the treatment of hypoxemia, we should pay attention to hepatoprotective support
