分析80例阵发性房颤病人,以冠心病为最多占72.5％,单纯肺心病无一例发生本症者。凡可引起冠脉缺血缺氧之因素均可诱发。心电图表现以粗波型、快速型居多。用西地兰治疗100％获得转复;而用乙胺碘呋酮预防则无效。
Analysis of 80 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease accounted for up to 72.5%, no simple pulmonary heart disease in patients with this disease. Any factors that can cause coronary ischemia and hypoxia can be induced. Electrocardiogram showed rough wave type, fast type mostly. Treatment with cedilanid 100% achieved conversion; whereas amiodarone prophylaxis was ineffective.
