船舶技术经济论证是对船舶以及与船舶有关的规划、政策、设备等在作出决策前,进行多方案的分析比较,选取技术上可行、经济上合理的方案的研究过程。这一研究过程是一项涉及面很广,又非常复杂的工作。除了有大量数值计算外,还有很多资料、信息的收集、管理和使用等数据处理工作。从工程角度看,尚有工程绘图的工作。CASES(ComputerAided Ship Evaluation System)就是用计算机来高效地完成这一研究过程的计算机应用系统,以下是对研制 CASES 的目标及若干技术政策的论证。
The technical and economic justification of ships is to conduct a multi-program analysis and comparison of ships and ship-related plans, policies and equipment before making decisions, and to select the research process of technically feasible and economically reasonable schemes. This research process is a very extensive and complex one. In addition to a large number of numerical calculations, there are many data, information collection, management and use of data processing. From an engineering point of view, there is still engineering drawing work. CASES (ComputerAided Ship Evaluation System) is a computer application system that uses computers to accomplish this research process efficiently. The following is a demonstration of the goals of CASES and several technical policies.
