水泥厂具有高温、高粉尘、监控点分布广及物理空间复杂等特点,导致有线视频监控布线困难,移动性差。针对水泥厂应用环境的特点,我们寻求可行的全厂无线视频监控的解决方案以替代有线视频监控。在厂区内布置多个无线AP(Access Point,无线访问节点),建立全厂无缝漫游无线网络,采用WiFi方式将现场监控点的视频信号传输至中控。经过大量的试验测试以及在巢湖威力水泥厂(2500t/d生产线)现场的实际应用,证实了该系统的可靠性。1基于OFDM技术的WiFi传输方式的优点
