采用江西鹰潭红壤为材料进行模拟培养试验,探讨添加蚯蚓粪对贫瘠红壤的快速改良培肥效果,旨在为经济、高效创制高肥力、多用途人造新成土开辟新途径。试验设置5个处理,分别添加质量比为0%(CK)、5%(T1)、10%(T2)、15%(T3)、20%(T4)的蚯蚓粪至红壤中。混合物培养一段时间待性质基本稳定后进行不结球白菜试验,观测不同处理条件下不结球白菜(Brassica rapa L.chinensis)幼苗的生长状况及体内营养成分,分析得出蚯蚓粪改良红壤的适宜比例及改良效果。结果表明,(1)适量的蚯蚓粪可以改善红壤的p H值、硝态氮含量和速效磷含量等性质,为不结球白菜提供良好的生长环境;(2)蚯蚓粪用量为5%~10%时会促进不结球白菜幼苗生长,但添加20%以上的蚯蚓粪反而会抑制不结球白菜幼苗的生长;(3)蚯蚓粪添加量为5%~10%时,不结球白菜幼苗地上部和根系生长状况最佳。
The simulated cultivation experiment was conducted on the Yingtan red soil in Jiangxi Province to investigate the effect of adding vermicompost on the rapidly improving fertilization effect of the poor red soil. The aim was to open up a new way for economical and efficient creation of high fertility and multipurpose artificial new soil. Five treatments were set up in the experiment. The earthworm excrement (0%), 5% (T1), 10% (T2), 15% (T3) and 20% (T4) The mixture was cultured for a period of time until the properties were basically stable before the non-heading Chinese cabbage test to observe the growth of Brassica rapa L.chinensis seedlings under different processing conditions and in vivo nutrient components. The results showed that the earthworm excrement was suitable for red soil improvement Proportion and improvement effect. The results showed that (1) earthworm excrement could improve p H value, nitrate nitrogen content and available phosphorus content of red soil, and provide good growth environment for non-heading Chinese cabbage. (2) The dosage of vermicompost was 5% ~ 10% could promote the growth of non-heading cabbage seedlings, but the addition of more than 20% of vermicompost would inhibit the growth of non-heading Chinese cabbage seedlings. (3) When the amount of vermicompost added was 5% -10% Seedling shoots and roots grow best.
