目的:建立测定壳聚糖磺胺嘧啶银胶浆中磺胺嘧啶银含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。以Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)为色谱往(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-1%磷酸(8:92),流速:1ml·min~(-1),检测波长:254nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:20μl。结果:磺胺嘧啶银在10~400μg·ml~(-1)范围內与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。加样回收率为102.18%,RSD=2.41%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于测定壳聚糖磺胺嘧啶银胶浆中磺胺嘧啶银的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sulfadiazine silver in chitosan silver sulfadiazine paste. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid (8:92), the flow rate was 1 ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm with Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18 as standard (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , Column temperature: 25 ℃, injection volume: 20μl. Results: Silver sulfadiazine had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 10 ~ 400μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.9999). The recovery rate was 102.18%, RSD = 2.41%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of silver sulfadiazine in the silver sulfadiazine colloidal chitosan.
