本文是通过水力模型试验,对新抚钢厂的6吨转炉进行顶底复合吹炼法的研究。为保证底吹有稳定性的效果,而选择其合理的工艺参数。试验表明底吹喷枪2支,枪间距离为0.6d(d为炉底直径),底吹气体流量((Q底)/(Q顶+Q底))在10~20%为佳。此时炉口喷溅量可较顶吹法减少21.5~54%;钢液内部的均匀混合时间缩短35~44%;同时钢-查间的体积传质系数(K_B·a)增大1.87倍,为同类型炉子开展复合吹炼新工艺提供参考依据。
