从波叶大黄中提取、分离得到波叶大黄多糖(Rheum hotaoense polysaccharide, RHP),ig RHP 100和200 mg/kg能明显增加小鼠脾脏和胸腺重量,与对照组相比,脾指数分别增加30%和38%,200 mg/kg的剂量使胸腺指数增加25%;能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,吞噬百分数分别比对照组增加38%和61%。200 mg/kg的剂量可使吞噬指数增加155%;能促进小鼠碳粒廓清速率,K值分别比对照组增加48%和217%;能促进SRBC致敏小鼠血清溶血素形成,HC_(50)分别比对照组增加11%和57%;能促进小鼠抗体形成细胞的生成,QHS分别比对照组增加63%和126%。RHP还可明显促进受ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞DNA的合成,最适浓度为20μg/ml,刺激指数为1.61;对ConA活化的脾淋巴细胞蛋白质合成也有明显促进作用,刺激指数为1.56;对ConA诱导的淋巴细胞IL-2产生有明显增强作用。
Rheum hotaoense polysaccharide (RHP) was extracted and isolated from Rhubarb rhubarb. ig RHP 100 and 200 mg/kg significantly increased the weight of spleen and thymus in mice. Compared with the control group, the spleen index increased by 30. % and 38%, 200 mg/kg dose increased thymus index by 25%; can promote phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages, the percentage of phagocytosis increased by 38% and 61%, respectively, compared with the control group. The dose of 200 mg/kg could increase the phagocytic index by 155%. It could promote the clearance rate of carbon particles in mice. The K value was increased by 48% and 217% respectively compared with the control group. It could promote the serum hemolysin formation in sensitized mice induced by SRBC. 50) increased 11% and 57%, respectively, compared to the control group; can promote the formation of mouse antibody-forming cells, QHS increased by 63% and 126%, respectively, compared with the control group. RHP also significantly promoted the synthesis of DNA in mouse spleen lymphocytes induced by ConA, the optimal concentration was 20 μg/ml, and the stimulation index was 1.61. It also significantly promoted the protein synthesis of ConA-activated splenic lymphocytes, and the stimulation index was 1.56. ConA-induced lymphocyte IL-2 production was significantly enhanced.
