针对挖掘装载机样机在可靠性试验过程中出现的滑架上悬臂断裂情况,研究了滑架的疲劳与断裂问题,对滑架疲劳断裂进行了理论分析,并利用ANSYS软件对滑架进行静力学分析,得到滑架结构的应力特性。根据应力分析结果,对滑架进行结构改进。然后,对比改进后的滑架应力特性与改进前分析结果,发现改进后滑架的最大应力减小了46.8%。改进后的滑架装机可靠性试验表明,工作3 000 h后未出现破坏。
Aiming at the situation of the cantilever breaking on the carriage during the reliability test of backhoe loaders, the problem of fatigue and fracture of the carriage was studied, and the fatigue fracture of the carriage was analyzed theoretically. The static state of the carriage was analyzed by ANSYS software Analysis, get the stress characteristics of the carriage structure. Based on the results of stress analysis, the structure of the carriage is improved. Then, comparing the improved stress characteristics of the carriage and the pre-analysis results, it is found that the maximum stress of the carriage is reduced by 46.8%. The improved reliability test of the installed capacity of the carriages showed that no damage occurred after 3 000 hours of operation.
