目前,美国水电仍具有巨大的开发前景。为激发美国水电的增长潜力,在不建新坝的前提下,实现美国水电开发扩大15%的目标。美国能源部和美国国家水电协会围绕该目标展开了讨论。介绍了非发电坝的发展概况,并通过新型水电供应链地图快速查询系统、税收抵免(PTC)优惠政策,以鼓励水电发展。最后对水电未来发展进行了展望。
At present, the United States still has huge hydropower development prospects. To stimulate the growth potential of hydropower in the United States, we will achieve the goal of 15% expansion of hydropower development in the United States without building a new dam. The U.S. Department of Energy and the National Association of Hydroelectricity have discussed this goal. This paper introduces the development of non-power generation dam, and encourages the development of hydropower through the new quick query system for map of hydropower supply chain and preferential tax credit (PTC). Finally, the future development of hydropower is prospected.
