刘白玲,女,1951年1月1日生,陕西省西安市人,汉族,中共党员,博士、教授。1975年10月成都工学院皮革工程系本科毕业;1981年10月在成都科技大学获皮革专业硕士学位;1992年在四川大学获皮革化学与工程博士学位。曾赴美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学、英国利兹大学从事科研与讲学。先后在成都科技大学皮革工程系、四川大学高分子研究所、高分子材料工程国家重点实验室历任讲师、副教授、教授;曾任研究所副所长,国家重点实验室副主任。2000年12月调入中国科学院成都有机化学研究所,现任该所研究员、博士生导师;中科院皮革化工材料工程技术研究中心常务副主任;中韩制革生态化技术联合实验室主任;中科院成都有机所学术、技术委员会及学位评定委员会委员;中科院成都教育基地学术委员会委员;中国皮革协会皮革化工专业委员会常委。长期从事皮革技术化学与皮革化工材料、高分子材料、生物技术领域的教学工作与科学研究;积极参与国际、国内专业学术交流;先后在国内外核心刊物上发表论文120多篇,SCI收录51篇。主要科研成果包括:胶原与聚合物单体的接枝共聚,高通量药物筛选用材料及相关技术的研究,采用多种聚合方法研制皮革用高分子乳液等等,以及两项重要发明专利。2003年被推荐为中科院招收外国留学生指导教师。1995-2004的10年间,先后获四川大学优秀青年教师奖,教育部首批“优秀青年教师资助计划”入选者,中科院成都有机所先进个人及四川省第五届学术与技术带头人,中科院研究生院优秀导师等多项荣誉或奖励。
Liu Bailing, female, born January 1, 1951 in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor and professor. October 1975 Chengdu Institute of Technology leather engineering graduate; October 1981 in Chengdu University of Science and Technology received a master's degree in leather; 1992 Sichuan University leather chemistry and engineering doctorate. He went to Pennsylvania State University in the United States, University of Leeds in the United Kingdom engaged in scientific research and lectures. He successively served as Lecturer, Associate Professor and Professor in Leather Engineering Department of Chengdu University of Science and Technology, Polymer Research Institute of Sichuan University and State Key Laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering. He used to be deputy director of the institute and vice director of the State Key Laboratory. In December 2000 transferred to the Chinese Academy of Sciences Chengdu Institute of organic chemistry, the incumbent researcher, doctoral tutor; Chinese Academy of Sciences Leather Chemical Materials Engineering Research Center executive deputy director; China and South Korea tanning ecological technology joint laboratory director; Chinese Academy of Sciences Chengdu Institute of organic , Technical Committee and Degree Assessment Committee; Chinese Academy of Sciences Chengdu Education Base Academic Committee; Leather Association of China Leather Chemical Professional Committee. He has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research in leather technology chemistry and leather chemical materials, polymer materials and biotechnology fields. He has been actively involved in international and domestic academic exchange. He has published over 120 papers in core journals both at home and abroad and 51 articles in SCI . The main research achievements include: graft copolymerization of collagen and polymer monomers, high-throughput drug screening materials and related technologies, the development of a variety of polymer polymerization leather emulsion, and so on, and two important invention patents. 2003 was recommended for the Chinese Academy of Sciences to recruit foreign students guidance teachers. 1995-2004 10 years, has won the Sichuan University Outstanding Young Teachers Award, Ministry of Education, the first batch of “Outstanding Young Teachers Funding Plan” selected, the CAS Chengdu Institute of advanced organic individuals and Sichuan Province, the fifth academic and technology leader, Chinese Academy of Sciences graduate Academy tutor and many other honors or awards.
