采用氯化钠、氧化钙及其混合物对某电厂燃煤飞灰进行浸渍改性,运用比表面积和孔径测定仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、射线衍射仪(XRD)对改性前后的飞灰进行了物理表征,在自行开发的吸附剂评价装置进行了烟气汞脱除的实验研究。结果表明,浸渍改性后燃煤飞灰的比表面积明显增大,平均孔径大幅度减小,对烟气汞的捕捉能力明显提高,CaO溶液浸渍的飞灰对汞的脱除效率为35.69%,是飞灰改性前的1.69倍。对CaO和NaCl改性后飞灰吸附烟气汞的效率提高的原因进行了分析。
Adopting sodium chloride, calcium oxide and their mixture to impregnate and reform the coal-fired fly ash in a power plant, the fly ash before and after the modification is carried out by means of surface area and aperture tester, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer The physical characterization was carried out. The experimental study of flue gas mercury removal was carried out in the self-developed adsorbent evaluation device. The results showed that the specific surface area of the fly ash modified by impregnation significantly increased, the average pore diameter decreased significantly, and the ability of capture of mercury in flue gas increased obviously. The removal efficiency of mercury by fly ash impregnated with CaO solution was 35.69% , 1.69 times before the fly ash modification. The reasons for the increased efficiency of adsorbing mercury in fly ash by CaO and NaCl were analyzed.
