探讨了用评价标准信息和大样本数据驱动的最佳逼近模型(OAM)评价水资源开发利用程度的新途径,提出了一套基于格雷码加速遗传算法的OAM建模方案.作为示例,对西安市水资源开发利用程度进行了综合评价.结果表明,OAM建模方法直观、精度高,即具有较强的分类功能,又具有较好的排序功能,评价结果可靠,可广泛应用于各种水资源问题的综合评价.
This paper discusses a new way to evaluate the degree of exploitation and utilization of water resources by using the best approximation model (OAM) driven by evaluation criteria information and large sample data, and proposes a set of OAM modeling scheme based on Gray code accelerated genetic algorithm.As an example, The results show that the OAM modeling method is intuitive and has high precision, that is, it has strong classification function, good sorting function, reliable evaluation results, and can be widely used in various water Comprehensive evaluation of resource problems.
