运用二倍体种遗传模型及其分析方法,估算陆地棉(GosypiumHirsutumL.)四个发育时期的种子容重和种仁率的遗传方差分量、协方差分量以及这两个性状之间的遗传相关。结果表明:容重和种仁率的遗传效应的作用大小和方向具有动态变化过程。容重在发育前期以直接加性效应为主,开花后40天左右达最大值,棉籽成熟时以母体效应为主。种仁率在发育20天时以细胞效应为主,30天、40天则以母体显性效应为主,种子成熟时,各个效应对其均有显著影响。
The genetic variance component, covariance component and genetic correlation between the two traits of Gossypium hirsutum L. in four developmental stages were estimated using the diploid genetic model and its analytical method. The results showed that the size and direction of genetic effects of bulk density and kernel rate had a dynamic process. The bulk density was dominated by the direct additive effect in the pre-developmental period, reaching the maximum at about 40 days after flowering, and the maternal effect was the main factor when cottonseed matured. Seed kernel rate was predominantly cellular effect at 20 days of development, and dominant effect at 30 days and 40 days. When the seed matured, the effects of each effect were significant.
