随着社会的发展,我国社会主义市场经济在稳定的增长,使得我国的经济在飞速的提高。在改革开放之后,我国的酒店行业得到了迅猛的发展,但是酒店行业内部的员工流失问题一直没有得到很好的解决,使得酒店的服务质量很难得到提高,酒店成本也是居高不下。如何有效解决酒店员工流失问题就是每个酒店管理者和研究学者近几年着重研究的问题。
With the development of society, the steady growth of the socialist market economy in our country has led to the rapid economic growth in our country. After the reform and opening up, China’s hotel industry has experienced rapid development. However, the problem of staff turnover in the hotel industry has not been well solved. As a result, it is difficult to improve the service quality of hotels and the hotel costs are also high.
