60年前,贵阳有家专卖炖鸡粉的小馆子,招牌叫“培养正气”。老板张华封,四川人,官场子弟出身,略有文化,自幼不事生产,靠上辈遗产过活,到了30来岁,开始警觉若没有收入,又如何过得下去?他左思右想,何不开一小吃店,当时卖原汤炖鸡粉,为市面所无,或能引起食客的好奇。他通过多方打算,订出三项措施:一、尽量多贴广告;二、尽量减低利润,卖价不比其他粉面高多少;三、尽量节省开支,自己站灶跑堂一把抓。
