农村人力资源开发,是农村发展的长久之计,是我国实现全面小康的重要途径。通过分析当前农村人力资源开发现状,和国家开放大学长远发展目标,并借鉴发达国家农村人力资源开发的模式和成功经验,分析了国家开放大学与农村人力资源开发,二者有机结合的可行性。提出充分利用国家开放大学教育教学资源,助力农村人力资源开发的观点,并基于上述研究,探讨了农村人力资源开发与开放大学长远发展相结合的途径和策略。
The development of rural human resources is a long-term measure of rural development and an important way for our country to realize an overall well-to-do society. By analyzing the present situation of human resources development in rural areas, the long-term development goal of the university and the model and successful experience of rural human resources development in developed countries, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the organic combination of the open national universities and rural human resources development. Put forward the viewpoint of making full use of education and teaching resources of national open university and boosting the development of rural human resources. Based on the above researches, this paper explores the ways and tactics of combining the development of rural human resources with the long-term development of open universities.
