采用二次发泡法制备AlSi9合金泡沫,对制备过程及影响孔结构的因素进行分析。研究了熔体温度、TiH2处理温度、TiH2搅拌分散时间、二次发泡温度和发泡时间对AlSi9合金泡沫孔结构变化的影响规律,得出了试验条件下优化的工艺参数配置。进行了AlSi9合金泡沫压缩性能测试,获得了孔隙率65%~77%AlSi9合金泡沫的压缩应力-应变曲线,并对AlSi9合金泡沫的压缩过程进行分析。
AlSi9 alloy foam was prepared by the secondary foaming method, and the preparation process and the factors affecting the pore structure were analyzed. The effects of melt temperature, TiH2 treatment temperature, stirring and dispersion time of TiH2, secondary foaming temperature and foaming time on the pore structure of AlSi9 alloy foam were studied. Optimized process parameters were obtained under the experimental conditions. The compressive properties of AlSi9 alloy foam were tested. The compressive stress-strain curve of AlSi9 alloy foam with porosity of 65% -77% was obtained. The compression process of AlSi9 alloy foam was also analyzed.
