利用全自动相变仪研究耐腐蚀管线钢X70连续冷却过程中的相变规律。采用热膨胀法和金相法相结合测定未变形条件下耐腐蚀管线钢X70的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线,并研究冷却速率对组织的影响规律。结果表明:不同冷却速率下实验钢的组织不同。随冷却速度增加,组织逐渐由多边形铁素体和少量珠光体过渡到针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体。冷却速度为10~25℃/s时能获得以针状铁素体为主的金相组织。
Study on Phase Transformation of Corrosion - resistant Pipeline Steel X70 During Continuous Cooling with Automatic Phase Change Instrument. The combination of thermal expansion method and metallographic method was used to measure the continuous cooling transformation curve of austenite in corrosion-resistant pipeline steel X70 under undeformed condition. The influence of cooling rate on microstructure was also studied. The results show that the experimental steel has different microstructure under different cooling rates. With the cooling rate increases, the organization gradually from polygonal ferrite and a small amount of pearlite transition acicular ferrite and granular bainite. When the cooling rate is 10 ~ 25 ℃ / s, the acicular ferrite-based microstructure can be obtained.
