本文报告氟康唑和酮康唑的体外抗念珠菌和新型隐球菌活性结果。念珠菌117株,新型隐球菌2株。氟康唑的MIC相对偏高,酮康唑的MIC相对偏低,说明酮康唑对白念珠菌、克柔氏念珠茵、热带念珠菌、假热带念珠菌的抑菌活性强于氟康唑。据文献报告,在动物体内试验抗白念珠菌活性氟康唑又强于酮康唑。氟康唑和酮康唑对新型隐球菌均有明显的抗菌活性。
This article reports the results of in vitro activity of fluconazole and ketoconazole against Candida and Cryptococcus neoformans. Candida 117 strains, Cryptococcus neoformans 2 strains. The MIC of fluconazole was relatively high and the MIC of ketoconazole was relatively low, indicating that the antibacterial activity of ketoconazole against Candida albicans, Candida krusei, Candida tropicalis and Candida tropicalis was stronger than that of fluconazole. According to the literature report, tests of anti-Candida albicans activity in animals in vivo fluconazole is stronger than that of ketoconazole. Fluconazole and ketoconazole have significant antibacterial activity against Cryptococcus neoformans.
