目的研究银莲花素A在大鼠肝脏的代谢产物。方法采用薄层色谱和质谱鉴别银莲花素A在大鼠肝匀浆中的主要代谢产物。结果银莲花素A在大鼠肝匀浆中主要得到水解产物3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖]齐墩果酸、齐墩果酸;经苯巴比妥诱导后的肝中水解产物量减少,主要产物可能是水解产物经还原后与甘氨酸的结合产物。结论银莲花素A在普通大鼠肝匀浆中主要发生水解反应,在经苯巴比妥诱导的肝匀浆中主要发生还原反应。
Aim To study the metabolites of anemonin A in rat liver. Methods Thin layer chromatography and mass spectrometry were used to identify the major metabolites of anemonin A in rat liver homogenates. Results Anemone A mainly hydrolyzed oleanolic acid 3-O- [β-D-glucopyranose- (1 → 2) -α-L-arabinofuranosyl] oleanolic acid in rat liver homogenates. Oleanolic acid; the amount of hydrolysates in the liver induced by phenobarbital decreased, the main product may be the product of the hydrolyzate after reduction with glycine. Conclusions The main hydrolysis reaction of liana in normal liver homogenates occurred in liver homogenates induced by phenobarbital.
