加大新农村建设的投入,公共财政的阳光照耀广阔农村,让更多的农民享受到了改革和发展的成果。我区在新农村建设中,把一系列支农惠农政策落到实处。其中,既有粮食生产补助政策和农机购置补贴,又有新型农村合作医疗制度以及建立农村特困户救助、农村五保户供养体系等等。这些惠农政策让广大农民得到了实实在在的实惠,他们在新农村建设中迸发出更强的活力。
Increase investment in new rural construction. The sun of public finances shines in vast rural areas, allowing more farmers to enjoy the fruits of reform and development. In the construction of new countryside, our district has implemented a series of policies for supporting agriculture and benefiting agriculture. Among them, there are food production subsidies and agricultural machinery purchase subsidies, a new rural cooperative medical system, and the establishment of rural poverty-stricken households, rural five-guarantee households, and so on. These policies for benefiting farmers have provided tangible benefits for the majority of farmers. They have issued stronger dynamism in the construction of new rural areas.
