《党政机关公文处理工作条例》及《党政机关公文格式》自2012年颁布实施,至今已有三年多。对期盼已久的党政机关公文处理工作规范和党政机关公文格式的合并,各机关单位及其广大文秘工作者一致赞好。但在这三年多实施过程中,发现《党政机关公文处理工作条例》和《党政机关公文格式》的某些条文,在理解和操作上尚有令人感觉把握不清晰之处。本着引发研讨而请教于同行专家的目的,亦本着促进《党政机关公文处理工作条例》更加完善的心 The Work Regulations for Handling Official Documents in Party and Government Organizations and the Official Document Format of Party and Government Organizations have been promulgated and implemented in 2012 and have been in operation for more than three years now.
