龈下菌斑溶血性细菌的特征

该实验研究了45例牙周病患者龈下菌斑溶血性细菌的类型,12种不同细菌被鉴定,分属于5个属(放线菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌、普氏菌及放线杆菌属)。9株溶血性细菌被分离,包括:齿垢普氏菌4株,内氏放线菌基因Ⅱ型2株,产黑色素普氏菌1株,星形链球菌1株,内氏放线菌基因Ⅰ型1株。加入链霉蛋白酶干血平板内,则抑制所有溶血性细菌分离株的溶血性,提示每一种细菌的溶血素皆属蛋白质样物质。除了星形链球菌外,溶血素的产生受局部环境铁离子浓度的调节,外 The experiment studied 45 cases of periodontal disease subgingival plaque type hemolytic bacteria, 12 kinds of different bacteria were identified, belonging to 5 genera (Actinomyces, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Prevotella and actinomycetes Genus).
