创新企业人力资源管理是人力资源管理发展的重点,以现阶段企业人力资源管理工作情况为根本,结合近年来企业管理特点和需求,分析企业人力资源管理工作的创新发展方向。当前,不少企业在人力资源管理实践中还存在一定问题,需要企业管理者提高关注,实施全面的企业人力资源管理规划工作,优化人力资源管理内容,注重依据市场为导向构建全面的管理制度,以此提升企业人力资源管理的有效性,满足企业发展的需求。本文主要分析了企业人力资源管理工作的创新发展策略。
